What is NoteCall?

NoteCall is a personal AI secretary. It turns what is agreed on calls, in emails and in meetings into organized tasks — matched to the right person and project — and keeps those tasks up to date until they are done.

Is NoteCall available now?

Not yet. NoteCall is in development. The app, the email and calendar connections and meeting recording are being tested now; the phone integration is being finalized and opens with early access. Join the waitlist and we will let you know when you can start.

Do I need a new phone or phone number?

No. NoteCall is designed to work with the phone and the number you already use, so your clients keep calling you exactly as they do today.

Which email and calendar services does NoteCall work with?

Gmail and Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar, and any other mailbox that supports IMAP — for example Simply.com or one.com. NoteCall only reads your email; it never sends, moves or deletes messages, and you can disconnect at any time.

How does NoteCall keep tasks up to date?

When new information arrives — a follow-up email, or the same email in several inboxes — NoteCall updates the task you already have instead of creating a duplicate. When a later call, email or meeting shows that something has been handled, it marks the task as done and notes where that came from. Anything uncertain waits for your OK.

What happens to my meeting recordings?

After a meeting you review the summary, decisions and tasks before anything is saved. NoteCall keeps the summary, decisions and tasks — not the full transcript.

How is my data protected?

NoteCall is designed privacy-first: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to what is needed to run and support the service, and we keep only what is needed to create your tasks. Your data is never sold or used for advertising, and you can review, edit or delete it at any time. Read the details in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Is the other person on the call informed?

Rules for processing phone conversations differ between countries. NoteCall is being designed with clear notification options so you can use it in line with the rules that apply to you. We will publish detailed guidance before the phone integration launches.

How much will NoteCall cost?

Pricing has not been finalized. We are planning simple monthly subscriptions. Waitlist members will hear about pricing and any early-access offers first.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

We store your name, email and the optional details you provide so we can contact you about early access. We only send product news if you tick the separate box to ask for it, and you can ask us to remove your details at any time — see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
